About Ctruh

Ctruh is building the infrastructure layer for the spatial internet: a browser-native 3D and XR platform that lets any business create and deploy immersive digital experiences without downloads, specialised hardware, or a team of 3D designers. The core problem Ctruh is solving is accessibility. High-quality 3D and extended reality experiences have historically been locked behind expensive software, long production timelines, and hardware dependencies. A brand wanting a 3D product showcase or a virtual store would need months of work and a specialised team. Ctruh collapses that into minutes. The platform is built around two core technologies. VersaAI, Ctruh's proprietary generative AI engine, converts images, text, and video into production-ready 3D assets, turning weeks of 3D modelling work into a few minutes. On top of that sits the patented browser-native 3D engine, capable of rendering high-fidelity 4K, 8K, and 16K experiences directly in a web browser on any device. Commverse Studio, the company's flagship product, brings it all together: a no-code, AI-powered XR commerce platform that lets brands create and deploy immersive 3D experiences in under 30 minutes, with content creation, deployment, commerce, and analytics in a single workflow. Ctruh serves retail, e-commerce, D2C, real estate, automotive, education, and healthcare brands and already works with 100+ brands. The company appeared on Shark Tank India Season 5, where Anupam Mittal and Vineeta Singh made an offer. Founded in 2023 by Vinay Agastya, who previously worked at Swiggy, Scapic, Exotel, and Unacademy, the Bengaluru-based team of 36 raised $2.5M in seed funding in April 2026, led by Inflection Point Ventures, taking total known funding to $4.5M. Expansion into the US and UAE is planned for 2026. Launch date: April 2026, Funding: Seed ($2.5M, April 2026)
