About Jurisphere

Jurisphere is an outcome-based legal AI platform built for law firms, in-house teams, and enterprises that need legal work done fast without sacrificing accuracy. The platform covers the full range of everyday legal workflows: contract review and redlining, legal research, due diligence, drafting, litigation preparation, arbitration, and in-house advisory, all within a single unified workspace. What separates Jurisphere from generic AI writing tools is its human layer: every deliverable is reviewed and signed off by attorneys from its network before reaching the client, combining AI speed with professional accountability. The platform learns from each customer's historical work to build custom templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks, so every new matter starts from accumulated experience rather than a blank page. It is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, which matters for the sensitive documents legal teams routinely handle. Clients include Unilever, Philips, CMS IndusLaw, RegFin, Veritas Legal, ICICI Bank, Tata Capital, and Zomato, and the platform has been used by over 500 teams across law firms, enterprises, and public institutions in India. Founded in 2024 by brothers Varun and Manas Khandelwal alongside Sumit Ghosh, the Noida-based team brings complementary experience: Varun practised corporate law at AZB & Partners across private equity, venture capital, and M&A transactions; Manas spent seven years in enterprise sales including three at HubSpot in Singapore; and Sumit is an IIT Delhi computer science graduate with experience building search and RAG systems. India has over 1.5 million enrolled advocates and a court backlog in the tens of millions. Most legal teams still operate with fragmented tooling, expensive manual workflows, and no access to the compounding institutional knowledge that large firms build over decades. Jurisphere is building the infrastructure to change that.
