SwishX is a Bengaluru-based agentic AI startup co-founded by Dushyant Sapre and Jai Anand, former executives at Google and Amazon respectively. After three years operating as an IT asset management platform (Swish Club), the startup pivoted to become an agentic AI platform for pharmaceutical and medtech companies. The platform is built around four specialized AI modules: • Tender IQ: autonomously monitors government portals, evaluates thousands of tenders, models pricing strategies, and drafts proposal-ready bid packets with 93% pricing accuracy and zero missed clauses. Teams spending 80% of their time manually responding to tenders have reduced that effort by 80%. • Contract IQ: automates hospital rate contract management and has helped companies reduce price leakage by 15%. • Marketing IQ: reported a 32% increase in brand visibility within six months, with 3-5x higher campaign conversion rates, powered by a database of over 800,000 verified doctors. • Channel IQ: provides real-time visibility into distributor sales, stockist ordering patterns, and channel compliance. Unlike traditional CRM or analytics tools, SwishX positions itself as a "system of action" rather than a "system of record". AI agents autonomously act, not just report. The startup currently serves 39 enterprise customers, including 12 companies generating more than ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue. SwishX has raised $2.2M in seed funding from Blume Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, Sadev Ventures, and Atrium Ventures.
