Ubiqedge is a Mumbai-based full-stack AIoT company building an operating system for industrial infrastructure. Their platform helps enterprises monitor, control, and optimise critical assets like water systems, solar energy installations, construction sites, and air quality networks in real time. The company's product stack has two layers. KLEON is their proprietary IoT hardware: rugged gateways, sensors, and edge devices built for harsh field conditions, supporting multiple connectivity options and edge computing. SAMASTH is the cloud software platform that consolidates data from KLEON devices into custom dashboards, automated alerts, advanced analytics, and compliance reports, giving operations teams full visibility from a single interface. The platform is already deployed at scale. Ubiqedge has digitised over 23,000 borewells across India, making it the largest player in groundwater digitisation in the country. Their AI-powered support systems have reduced issue resolution timelines by over 80 per cent. The company counts KEC International, Indian Oil, and Vodafone Idea among its clients, and reported profitability from its first year of operations. Ubiqedge was founded in March 2024 by Visat Patel (CEO), Akhilesh Thorat (CTO), Hetvi Shah (COO), and Archit Khandelwal (CSO). In April 2026, the company raised Rs 10 crore ($1.08 Mn) in a seed round led by Piper Serica, with participation from Shibam Das, co-founder and CEO of Atomberg, and Sumit Chhazed, co-founder and CEO of OTO.
